Greene
Planning and Economic Development Website was
designed to allow their staff to use the web to update the content on
their site. it also includes dynamic search functionality.
This site was created to incorporate a tremendous amount of information
that would be updated on a consistent basis. It also included all of
the department's collateral in pdf format for easy access.
A
20-page Legislative
Gazette was created
for the department and was used to promote local government initiatives.
It featured an opening message from the head of the department defining
goals for the future. Advertising was sold in the Gazette to offset the
cost of the printing.
In
order to promote the growth of local business, Greene
County Planning Ads were
produced to drive more traffic to the website and to call the department
directly. These ads were created to target different target audiences. The "It's
Your Move" ad was a one-off while the "Grow Your
Business" ad took on a longer life span and was integrated into the
campaign itself.
For even more information, a 64-page Data
Book was designed
to organize County Demographics and other data. The Data book was created
to take complicated, tough to digest information and put it in a more easy
access format including Adobe Illustrator maps and charts. This too was available
for download on the Greene County Planning website.
For more "On the Street" promotions, a poster
was designed promoting the growth of local business. These posters hung in
storefront windows of new business that were assisted by the Main Street
initiative of the Greene County Planning Department. To accompany the initiative,
the
Main
Street Business Brochure was produced.
A 14 page Building Façade and Storefront Sign
Guidelines Accordion
Brochure was also produced to assist Main Street store
owners.
