Greene Government also required a mark that represented their position in the community and for all official correspondence. The County Seal was created in three versions - Standalone for general use, Seal with Department and Seal with Department and Program.

Along with the Seals, a Stationery Package was create for each of the 26 departments in the County. The package included Business Cards for each of the individuals working in the County, Letterhead and Envelopes for each department, and Notepads for the whole county.

The Seal also appeared on all Government based collateral, print and web advertising.
